07/19/2008: DF will be increasing prices across the board due to unprecedented increases to raw material costs. Since most of our materials are primarily from the USA it has hit us the most with the rising cost of fuel. The new price increase will be posted and effective on all orders starting on 8/1/2008.

07/17/2008: DF now offers full service painting for automotive or production manufacturing. DF has five permitted spraybooths onsite featuring 2 full size reverse crossflow booths. We feature using Glasurit and Diamont products and are certified for water based painting as well. We have fast turn around production schedule and can meet your time requirements and excel on quality of work. Currently we are working on a full NSX-R paint restoration which is the most complete conversion ever done from the ground up.

Our 17,500 sq ft facility located in the heart of Orange County, CA can take on any aspects of the production process. Our design department is known for incredibly fast lead-times for time critical projects.

We produce some of the best molds in the industry. Our lamination are on par with vacuum formed parts. Regardless of the technique used, we employ all methods from wet layup to VARTM. If the specifications call for aerospace certification, DF can even have NASA / mil spec autoclave parts made. Every single step of our process is performed in-house (with exception to autoclave).

All production employees of DF are true professional veterans with extensive portfolio of projects from Boeing, Kaiser, Alliance Space Systems, Swift Engineering, Toyota, Honda, Mercedes Benz, Metalcrafters, Prototype Concepts and etc.

All raw materials used to design, tool and production are made in the USA or Europe. You will not find any materials made from China in your Downforce products.
